Fresh, Amazing Keto/Probiotic Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ideal on some talapia, salmon or other mild fish.
Side is near zero carb lacto fermented pickles

Ingredients: (By the eye is just fine, taste as you go, adjust as you please).

Goals of this dish - Stay ketogenic, high fat, get probiotics, get fish protein, use only high quality fats

Fresh, Tastey TarTar Sauce

Shout out to Jonathon Randles at Sex, Food and Kettlebells for taking me to Nature's Emporium and pointing out this amazing kefir.  I knew I needed it in my diet, but it is a bit carb, so how to incorporate it?

Full fat organic kefir, but despite its high quality and fermentation it has 7g carbs per quarter cup, and 7g of fat.
So the plan is to use in recipes to get the probiotics I want.

One taste of its naturally tart profile and I knew at once what to make.

Recipe:

First you will have had to have made "Rolls Royce Mayo (scroll down about half way to find it )", trust me this stuff is amazingly delicious and nutritious!  Other mayo recipes can certainly be used!

  • 3 large dollops of rolls royce mayo
  • 1 large dollop of organic kefir (nice and tart)
  • 1 tbsp of quality mustard
  • 1.5 tbps of capers or relish (seek out fructose free relish or make your own by chopping up dills and adding a bit of xylitol or hell, just use the lacto fermented dills chopped up)
  • 1 tiny tiny tiny bit of ketchup, we are talking like 3 little drops
Stir it up, serve cold over fish

Taste as you go, adjust as you wish.
